COVID19 INFORMATIONS FOR PATIENTS

Important informations for patients from land and abroad

The procedure when patients come to the office includes the following rules that we ask you to follow:

  • Before entering the office, disinfect the shoes in the deso-barrier at the entrance
  • Upon entry, it is mandatory to wash your hands for 1 minute, and then disinfect your hands in the toilet of the office
  • Please do not take an escort with you if there is no need for it (except for parents of minor children)
  • Please make sure that you come on appointments in agreed time so that due to delays we would not prolong the appointments of the next patients and thus create a crowd in the waiting room
  • If you are coming for the first time, come ten minutes before the appointment to fill in the questionnaires and to open the patient’s chart
  • It is obligatory to fill in a questionnaire about the corona virus and consent for treatment in the conditions of an epidemic
  • All patients should wear gloves and a mask on arrival

If you have any symptoms of a cold or flu, or fever, runny nose or cough, please cancel the appointment in a timely manner and make a new appointment after the symptoms pass! Only with joint discipline and adherence to all precautions will we defeat this epidemic! Welcome!
