If you do not maintain oral hygiene regularly, food residues, deposits, and plaque will amass on your teeth and gum. This is ideal condition for growth and development of bacteria, which will contribute to bad breath.

How to act against bad breath?

The first thing is to pay attention to oral hygiene. If bad breath is lost after a period of regular oral hygiene, the cause was obvious. If there is no change, contact your dentist who will determine the cause of bad breath, and if necessary, direct you to further examinations.
